At Park Hill, our first priority is to provide students with a safe home. Residents can access the property at primary entrances via a secure electronic key system, as well as, their individual apartment entry door. The property also features an array of high-resolution security cameras. For your convenience, we also offer parking.
PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE
Park Hill is professionally managed and maintained around the clock. We know how frustrating it can be to chase an absentee landlord, so we make sure our residents do not need to. Our professional management and maintenance team is located on-site, so Nittany Lions can always pop in with questions or concerns during regular business hours. We also have on-site Community Assistants available, and our management and maintenance team are always on-call in case of an emergency.
INDIVIDUAL HOUSING CONTRACTS
One of the biggest concerns for roommates is being held liable for the other’s late payments. Fortunately, at Park Hill, you have nothing to worry about. We rent “by the bed” instead of “by the apartment.” This means students are responsible only for their own installment payments and are not liable for their roommates’ payments.
To make things even easier, we offer a personalized roommate matching service for students who want to be placed with a roommate. Students simply fill out a personal profile survey to help us match them to someone compatible with their academic studies, interests, and hobbies.
Park Hill features fully furnished apartments, so there’s no need to worry about buying and transporting furniture to and from college. Our State College apartments have all the features your student needs: a kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of cabinet space, modern, custom-designed furniture, quartz stone countertops, wood-style flooring, and much more! Students just need to bring personal items and decorations to personalize their rooms.
Park Hill is located just minutes from Penn State University’s main campus, making it ideal for students. They will not even need a vehicle to enjoy living here.
